“Shaheed Jagar Nath Koul Fellowship” is named after a J&K Police Martyr Shaheed Jagar Nath Koul who was a Jammu and Kashmir Police Officer who attained martyrdom on 20th March 1990 while battling terrorists at Khanbal Chowk, Anantnag. Shaheed J.N Koul Fellowship is a grassroots program for exploring the social Work and nation-building through individual transformation.
